By request, I have added 5 lots for use with the TS2 Legacy Challenge Classic to the site. 

They are tiny start-up houses on 5x5 lots, with just the bare essentials to get started. (Under 20k of course.)

If you're interested, check them out here.  Even if you're not playing the challenge, you might like them for starter homes, as the lots are very large for adding on later! And those who are playing the challenge, good luck with your legacy families!

At this time, I don't know when the site will be updated next, as things are very hectic here with another move coming up and the baby and everything else. But I will continue to update when I can! 

Yep, it's true!  I've finally managed to sqeeze out enough time to get some of my recently created content uploaded!  I've updated with a dozen new properties, spread out in the following sections: starters, furnished; starters, unfurnished; houses, unoccupied; and special lots. The unoccupied houses range from "just-above-starter" to "mansion-esque".  So check them out if your sims need new digs! I hope to have another update soon, so check back in a couple of weeks!

I've updated with 2 types of exterior walls in six colors each!  A light-bright stucco wall and a slightly weathered siding. 

I've also added six new houses - 2 starters, one furnished, one unfurnished, and two regular unoccupied houses (both fully furnished - Maxis-only items, of course).

Hi everyone!  I've updated the Individual Sims section today with 30+ new sims - adults, teens, and kids.  Some are pretty/handsome, and some are... well, a little more interesting.

I've got lots more stuff to upload when I get time, so check back often for update news!

Yay! A new year, and a new update. Finally, huh?

I was planning to upload this in the morning, but I realized I've probably got too much going on tomorrow, and since it's been so long since I've updated, I decided to do it today rather than after the weekend. So - here's the Jan. 20th update a little bit early.

I've uploaded five new lots - all residential houses. One unfurnished starter, one unfurnished two-story home, and three fully furnished homes. I've also updated the links section of the site, which was way overdue.

There's more good stuff on the way, so check back again soon!

Okay everyone - I've finally uploaded the two apartment buildings to the site.      

The first is 1 Sap Street, the second is 625 Mocon Rd Apts. They are located under "special lots" in the lots & houses section. 

Also, this may be the last update for a while, as we are moving soon and we will be busy packing and moving and then unpacking and getting settled.

  This time I've updated the site with new flooring for your sims homes.  Check out each category of flooring to see what's new - carpet, tile, and linoleum have the most new additions.  So have a look and maybe your sims will be redecorating!  Enjoy! 

Hello everyone!

  I've updated the walls & floors section with 22 new painted walls with white trim.  New floors and new lots are on the way soon.  Meanwhile, enjoy the walls!

No updates at the moment as I am currently out of state and away from my computer.  I had to leave at the beginning of last week due to a sudden death in the family, and I will be here a couple more weeks to take care of various things.  So, that means no updates until the end of the month or beginning of next month at least. And there may be only one or two more between then and the end of the year with all we have going on, especially our move.  But I will do my best to get things posted. Meanwhile, happy simming and happy surfing.
